Support routines, learning and life skills
Help young people with daily routines, appointments, schoolwork and activities. Encourage independence, celebrate progress and be a constant presence in their everyday lives.
Days out, activities and getting stuck in
Beach trips, bike rides, cinema, cooking, days out in the countryside. You'll drive company cars, plan activities and be part of the fun as well as the difficult moments.
Create a safe, homely environment
Work as part of a small team to provide day-to-day care in a warm, nurturing home where young people feel valued and accepted. Cooking together, sorting bedrooms, sitting down for a meal, the ordinary things that make a house a home.
